Blue Cheese Flank Steak Wraps

Well, I finally figured out how to log in an add a post so I'll add one of our favorite, easy everyday main courses.

1 lb flank steak seasoned with salt & pepper and olive oiled
2 medium sweet onions
crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup mayo
wraps

Grill the flank steak to your preferred degree of doneness. We do direct high, for about 9 mins depending on the thickness. Slice into thin pieces.

Slice onions and caramelize over medium heat with olive oil.

Mix blue cheese and mayo (I didn't have mayo when I made this last week so I just used plain greek yogurt. I may have preferred that better than the mayo).

Warm wrap in microwave for 10-15 seconds. Fill with steak, onions and blue cheese sauce. Wrap and enjoy.
